Tratti di personalità associati allo sviluppo dell'obesità

Abstract

L'obesità è una malattia multifattoriale silenziosa, fattori come: l'eredità genetica, ambientale e motivazionale e i meccanismi di controllo che modulano l'assunzione di cibo e il dispendio energetico favoriscono l'insediamento dell'obesità nel corpo umano, la ricerca nell'area della psicosomatica conferma che i cambiamenti nella la portata delle emozioni può influenzare in modo significativo il corpo fisico innescando cambiamenti nelle sinapsi degli ormoni nel corpo umano. In questo senso, l'obiettivo del presente studio è quello di riportare nella letteratura scientifica gli articoli che riguardano: conflitti emotivi, tratti di personalità e associati con l'obesità negli adulti.Per svolgere la ricerca, è stata effettuata una revisione della letteratura che coinvolge studi nel ultimi 5 anni di ricerca longitudinale, transazionale, esplorativa in database in ambito sanitario, quali: Pubmed, Psycarticles (APA), Web of Science, Bireme, Lilacs e Google Scholar. I termini di ricerca sono stati: obesità (obesità) e tratti di personalità (personalitytrattes) e conflitti emotivi (conflitto emozionale), nel periodo dal 2010 al 2014. Al fine di indagare negli articoli pubblicati in questo periodo il rapporto tra conflitti emotivi e personalità tratti influenza lo sviluppo o l'installazione dell'obesità negli adulti.I risultati trovati attraverso la revisione della letteratura sull'argomento sono stati: nevroticismo, impulsività, depressione, bassa coscienziosità contribuiscono allo sviluppo e al mantenimento dell'obesità.
