Resisted and aerobic training promote physiological and bioquimical changes along with perimetry in hypertensive obese and controlled hypertensive individual
Abstract
Objective: the objective of this research is to demonstrate the results of a study on the subject, in terms of reduction and stabilization in perimetry, physiological and biochemical changes in an obese and hypertense individual and another one who depends on drugs (Losatran 100mg), making use of aerobic exercises, resisted in low, medium, moderate and high intensity after a good conditioning level. Material and Method: two male people were recruited, both hypertense and obese. Anthropometric measures, biochemical evaluations, feeding habits, and medical evaluation were taken. Results: in the results, it is possible to observe the same high amplitude changes in biochemical and anthropometric terms, arterial pressure and cardiac rate during the exercise and in rest. Discussion: the resisted exercises have their advantages, mainly due to the diet that optimizes the loss of body fat. With the resisted exercises, there is an increase in strength, power, muscular enduring, helping the individual in the everyday living. Conclusion: it is not necessary to search for surgical or pharmacological resources and other alternative procedures which might harm physical integrity, but only for awareness and mutual integration of the involved parts. All this together with feeding habit changes which were introduced in the person’s everyday living.
