Intervention Multidsicplinary's importance in the treatments of the Morbid Obesity considering the Nutritional attendance precociously a post surgical treatment
Abstract
The incidence of the obesity has been increasing considerably in the last years and among that pathology stands out the morbid obesity. Fothisa pathology the bariatric operation has been indicated and it intent is to promote the weight reduction in patients with morbid obesity. One of techniques considered pattern gold is vertical gastroplasty with band y Roux. Information’s about 74 adults patients wow collected in service of clinic in a public hospital during twelve months with the main variables, age, gender, initial weight and body mass index (BMI). The analysis of the data was checked in frequency table, where it was verified that the patients left of a medium weight jog 126.01Kg (277.8 Lbs) presenting a loss medium ponderal of 35 Kg (77.2 Lbs), equivalent to 40% approximately of loss ponderal in twelve mother of attendance what suggests that the importance of the professionals team in the intervention.
