Abstract
Introduction: The Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is considered a serious problem of public health in Brazil and the world, having been that few people have access to the ideal treatment for the control of the illness, what implies in few possibilities of control of the complications of this syndrome. One of the forms of not pharmacologic treatment for diabetes type II is the physical exercise. Objective: To observe the physiological reply of the hair glycemia of jejum in diabetic type II submitted the two distinct situations of test of effort in mat: Aerobic organism and Anaerobe. Materials and Methods: 4 individuals had participated of this research, with equal or bigger old band that 40 years. The citizens had been submitted the two distinct situations of acute effort: an aerobic and another anaerobic. The hair glycemia of jejum was immediately measured before and after each experimental situation. Results and quarrel: The reduction of the hair glycemia of jejum in lesser degree in the anaerobic test can be explained had the biggest presence of circulating catecholamine and glucagon, resulting in a superior hepatica glucose production its cellular capitation, therefore this test was carried through above of there. Conclusion: The hair glycemia of jejum diminished more in the aerobic test of what in the anaerobic test, showing a difference in percentage of 16,4% between both.
